  73. I'm sorry to have upset you.  Hit it was reading your web pages with all 
  74. the glowing stuff about the new Window '95 FW that the company was 
  75. devoted to that got me upset.  I suggest you consider adding more 
  76. information to the Amiga sections of your Web pages if you don't want 
  77. people to get the wrong ideas like I did.

  85. I have been asking for RTF and/or Word import/export for YEARS.  So I 
  86. would be pretty ticked not to get an upgrade notice!  It hasn't been so 
  87. easy being an Amiga user either having to work with other people who have 
  88. no difficulty sharing documents.  But I prefer the OS, and I prefer Final 
  89. Writer over Word, believe it or not.  That is why I have spent the 
  90. upgrade fees all this time.

  98. What am I supposed to say to that?  Again, it isn't that you have a W'95 
  99. product that bugs me, it is that your web pages positively glow about it, 
  100. but do not mention the same enhancements for your Amiga FW.  So a user 
  101. like me could naturally wonder if all those upgrade fees, hoping that FW 
  102. would get the features I wanted, were "worth the trouble" also.  I just 
  103. bought an accelarator card on the gamble that the Softwood products 
  104. especially, and Amiga software in general, would keep improving based on new 
  105. Amiga sales.

  107. I suggest we quit growling at each other.  We BOTH were justifiably upset 
  108. from opposite sides of the SAME reasons.

  110. I suggest that the Softwood web pages include the information on the 
  111. Amiga product that you provided here, which is more than I have read in 
  112. this area in quite some time.  Then post your new web page addresses to 
  113. all the relevant areas, Amiga and Windows. The format of the pages is 
  114. really slick - if the content is as good, it should be great marketing, 
  115. not just something to argue over.  Also, you might include the address in 
  116. your .signature file, for the extra marketing.
